All downloads from this website are licensed under the BSD License unless otherwise stated. This licence may be found here. I believe this licence is similar to the Apache licence, except that the Apache licence seems to be only for code written under the guises of the Apache Software Foundation.
I am perfectly happy to licence any code on the site under any other Open Source licence. I define an Open Source licence as any licence that OpenSource.org have decided are legal open source licences [available here].
